Amazing central location to everything. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. Loved that the unit came with an air conditioner or space heater if you needed them. Must get a slice at New York Pizza right next door, so good! Tatte very close by for breakfast as well! Host was super attentive and responsive, and willing to help in any way possible. It was refreshing! Bathroom is pretty small when you're on the toilet, but you can't really do anything about that in these old buildings. Same with the 4th floor walkup, not convenient but also not a huge deal. Still worth the cheap stay!

Absolutely loved my stay here. I booked this suite for the 4th of July and loved it so much I booked also for Labor Day weekend. It is definitely a hidden gem! Cleanliness and comfort, 10/10! I had nothing to dislike, I love this place I just wish check in was earlier than 4.

The absolute perfect location to enjoy all that the theatre district has to offer, great access to the T and walkable to so many great restaurants and attractions. My husband isn’t a stair climbing fan, but it was a small price to pay for an incredibly convenient and affordable place to stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great stay in this studio in downtown Boston. The building itself may be older, but the studio was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was outstanding. We could walk almost everywhere, and there was easy access to public transportation, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and pubs. Having a kitchen was a huge advantage, as we could prepare our own meals and enjoy our morning coffee whenever we wanted. We came to Boston for work, and the studio suited us perfectly. It was quiet, offered plenty of privacy, and was conveniently located close to our workplace. At the same time, we were able to explore and enjoy the city. The affordability of the accommodation also helped make our trip more economical. What we appreciated most was the sense of independence and comfort the space provided—it truly felt like a home away from home.
