This cozy 3-bedroom house welcomes you with light wine and snacks. A well-equipped KITCHEN where cabinets are set up with all the necessary dish sets and silverware. You will find basic cooking essentials such as cooking oil, salt, pepper, basic spices to satisfy your inner chef. There you will also find Keurig coffee maker flavored regular, decaf and tea. The DINNING room has a modern dining set with 4 chairs ( you will find additional chairs in the closet in the living room). Following upstairs, there are 3 BEDROOMS. Each bedroom is carefully designed for relaxation, with new, comfortable beds and mattresses dressed in soft linens, cozy lighting, and ample closet space. A cozy office nook within the master bedroom, featuring a compact desk, ergonomic chair, and good natural light — ideal for remote work or study without leaving the comfort of home. The FULL BATHROOM has medicine cabinet for toiletry storage equipped with basic needs, complementary toiletries and personal items (just in case you forgot them at home).

Location, Location, Location. My house conveniently located 15 minutes from Boston Logan airport and yet situated 3 min walk to the Winthrop Beach. If you are driving, it will take you 20 minutes from down town Boston where you will find the best of cultural Boston, including Faneuil Hall, aquarium and newly developed waterfront where night life and the best outdoor dining is. If you are traveling nurse or in your residency program than you are 15-30 min away from the best hospitals in the country. There is a public bus number 712 and 713 that stops by the house and will take you to East Boston.
