We have put significant effort into making this a comfortable and enjoyable space for our guests. • Pets are not allowed at any time. • Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Guests may only smoke in designated outdoor areas, if available, and must always respect house guidelines. • Events or parties are not allowed on the premises. • Children and infants (under 2 years old) are very welcome. However, parents and guardians must ensure that children are always supervised. Please do not leave children unattended at any time. • Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00. We kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum during this period to respect our neighbors and community. • Please remove your shoes before entering the house to help us keep the space clean. • Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay; this will also make checkout much easier! • In case of any accidental damage, please inform us as soon as possible.
