We have put significant effort into making this a comfortable and enjoyable space for our guests. • Pets are not allowed at any time. • Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Guests may only smoke in designated outdoor areas, if available, and must always respect house guidelines. • Events or parties are not allowed on the premises. • Children and infants (under 2 years old) are very welcome. However, parents and guardians must ensure that children are always supervised. Please do not leave children unattended at any time. • Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00. We kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum during this period to respect our neighbors and community. • Please remove your shoes before entering the house to help us keep the space clean. • Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay; this will also make checkout much easier! • In case of any accidental damage, please inform us as soon as possible. We understand that accidents happen, and we will review any issues internally. • When leaving the property, please ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked to maintain security and protect against the elements. • We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. If you misplace something during your stay, let us know so we can assist during cleaning and changeover. Please ensure all guests in your booking have read and understood these rules.
